From the appalachian mountains to the camden hills

A collection of personal memoir essays

More than seventy-four years have passed since my birth in a tiny rented house in Bellepointe, West Virginia. A lot has transpired. I moved from the Appalachian Mountains, to the mid-Atlantic area, to the northeast, to Michigan, and then to Camden, Maine. I travelled all over the world, and in that time, a mountain girl evolved, with mistakes, failures and successes along the way, into an activist, CEO, philanthropist and now a writer. From the Appalacchian Mountains to the Camden Hills recounts this personal journey in a series of memoir essays.
